Because of the custom nature our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds of a custom product where the mistake is the result of the content created by the customer on the Shoebox Memories website (www.shoeboxmemories.com) - all orders are only processed once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. Shoebox Memories will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.
Manufacturing defects Return Policy
Shoebox Memories offers a refund or exchange for store items that are damaged or faulty workmanship within 30 days of the date received. Damage or faulty workmanship is defined as products damaged as a result of production processes. Exchanges will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Shoebox Memories - a return label will be provided to you by an Shoebox Memories support representative. Please allow 30 days for the exchange process to be completed. Refunds, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the item to Shoebox Memories. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the warehouse and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.
Returns and Exchanges must be shipped to the Shoebox Memories warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah and CANNOT be dropped off at any local Shoebox Memories Fulfillment Center.
